Was initially apprehensive after reading the reviews. When used correctly it serves the purpose. It's a great design and serves the purpose for not only cleaning the fan but also cobwebs on the ceilings and corners. The microfiber cloth is good and removes all dust. Overall a great product but the downside was that the extended rod when pushed back inside after use gets stuck and the tightening screw of the extended rod gets stuck. Also we need an additional rod to hold the fan blades in place. It does hurt your hands and neck but so will a vacuum cleaner!!! For first time use it is really good...need to see how it works consecutively...

I am a patient of cervical pain so it's best product for me to clean my fans without hurting my neck and shoulder.

Received a blue handle and green duster . mismatched parts. Doesn't clean places like fan blades easily which was the primary purpose I bought it for

Works as described, is flexible to shape to the fins of the Fans and height is adequate.

The only issue would be extension rod connection the base is plastic and is prone to break.

Otherwise a useful tool to clean high ceiling fans
